Merck to Acquire Cubist Pharma (CBST) for $102/Share; Deal Valued ~$9.5B

As per this article Merck and Cubist Pharmaceuticals have agreed upon acquisition of Cubist by Merck. The aquisition will take place at $102 per share and total transaction value is around $9.5 billion.
